Paula (Cervantes) Morin, 72, of Sinton, Texas, was called to her eternal resting place on Monday, August 30, 2021.
Paula was born June 29, 1949 to Esiquia (Cardenas) and Sabino Cervantes in Beeville. She married Juan Cuevas Morin in Beeville on October 12, 1968 and the family moved to Williamsburg, Virginia in 2003 where they attended Jamestown Christian Fellowship. In addition to loving to read the Bible, her most favorite thing to do was wash clothes and spend time with her family.
She was preceded in death by her parents; Esiquia and Sabino Cervantes; her husband, Juan C. Morin; and two brothers, Adam Servantes and George Contreras.
Survivors include four sons, Juanito (Rachel) Cervantes of Beeville, Ronnie (Pauline) Morin and John Paul (Nicole) Morin, both of Three Rivers, and Jimmy (Linda) Morin of Sinton; three daughters, Michelle Morin (Roger) DeLaCruz, Jennifer Morin and Selena L. (Abner) Morin, all Sinton; one brother, Joe (Yolanda) Cervantes of Beeville; 29 grandchildren; and 13 great-grandchildren.
Visitation will be held from 6 to 8 p.m. Friday, September 3, at Angelus Funeral Home in Beeville with a Prayer Service at 7 o’clock.
The funeral service will be conducted at 11 a.m. Saturday, September 4, at Angelus Funeral Home with Pastor Isaac De Los Santos officiating.
Burial will follow in the George West Cemetery.
Pallbearers will be Juanito Cervantes, John Paul Morin, John Louis Morin, Benjamin Scott Ramirez, Mark Anthony Morin, Adrian Alexander Morin, Christopher Alexander Morin and Christian Seth Ramirez.
Honorary pallbearers will be Jonathon Aden Morin, Armando Estrada Jr., Jimmy Andrew Morin, Juan Pablo Morin Jr., Robert Cisneros Jr., Andrew Frank Morin, Angel Ray Morin and Timothy Aiden Kelly.
