Ronald Fisher

Ronald DeWayne Fisher, 58, passed away unexpectedly on February 19, 2026. 

Ron was born March 6, 1967, at Haun Air Force base in West Germany to Mary Louise Heath (McGehee) and Robert D. Heath. At the age of thirteen Ron was adopted by his dad Richard “Tom” Fisher. 

He is preceded in death by his mother Mary Lou Fisher and brother Anthony Fisher. 

He is survived by his dad Richard “Tom” Fisher (Patty), sister Michelle James (Jeremy), Nicholas Fisher (Penny), Isaiah Fisher, Christian Fisher (Regina), Noah Fisher (Rachelle), Ian Fisher (McKenzie), daughters Mary Walker (Kobe) & Gabrielle Fisher, and son Lucas Anthony.

Ron spent several years during his childhood living in Germany. His mom and dad eventually settled in Manhattan, Kansas where he completed in wrestling and other sports throughout high school. He graduated from Manhattan HS in 1986 and eventually ended up in Texas working for a private prison. In 1991 he began working for TDCJ and eventually retired after 26 yrs of service. In 2018 he started a new adventure and went to college to earn his associate's degree in Process Technology. Over the next few years, he worked in the refinery industry. In the last few years of his life he found a passion for fitness and loved his gym family.
