Maria Marquez
Maria (Cantu) Marquez, 58, of Beeville, died Saturday, March 30, 2019.
Ms. Marquez was born Jan. 5, 1961, in Corpus Christi, to Ambrosio and Leonor (Garza) Cantu. She was raised in Alice and was a resident of Beeville for 30 years. She attended Texas Adult Daycare Center where she was actively involved.
She was preceded in death by her parents and a brother, Gumecindo Garza.
Survivors include a son, Felix Cruz of Beeville; and her friends at Texas Adult Daycare Center.
Viewing will be held at 2 p.m. Friday, April 5, at Angelus Funeral Home Chapel followed by a funeral service at 3 p.m.
Burial will be private.
