Eva Guerra

Eva (Ruiz) Guerra, 72, of Beeville, died Wednesday, Jan. 2, 2013. Ms. Guerra was born May 7, 1940, in Beeville to Jose and Maria DeLaLuz Trevi�o Ruiz. She was a homemaker and a Catholic. She was preceded in death by her parents, Jose and Maria Ruiz; two half-brothers, Paul and Frank Garcia; and a sister, Yolanda DeLaCruz. Survivors include a daughter, Norma (Noe) Saldana of Beeville; a son, Joe Hector (Rachel) Perez of Beeville; 10 grandchildren; 17 great-grandchildren; four brothers, Esteban Ruiz and Joe (Senaida) Brown, both of Beeville, Richard (Aurora) Garcia of Knox City and Felix (Norma) Garcia of Austin; five sisters, Esther Mendez, Amelia Hernandez and Janie (Johnny) Garcia, all of Beeville, Imelda (Joe) Rodriguez and Irene Lankford of Knox City. Visitation will be held from 11 a.m. to 9 p.m. Friday, Jan. 4, at Angelus Funeral Home. A rosary will be recited there that evening at 7 o'clock. The funeral Mass will be celebrated at 10 a.m. Saturday, Jan. 5, at the funeral home with Father Lukose Thirunelliparambil officiating. Burial will follow in Evangelico Cemetery. Pallbearers will be Noe Saldana, Rodney Bonham, Freddie Gonzalez, Joe Gabriel Perez, Joe Anthony Perez and David Flores. Honorary pallbearers will be Mariah Perales, Courtney Perez, Veronica Flores, Crystal New and Angel Perez. Angelus Funeral Home
