Estevan Ruiz

Estevan T. Ruiz, 78, of Beeville, died Thursday, May 31, 2018.
Mr. Ruiz was born Dec. 6, 1939, in Beeville to Maria Trevino and Jose Ruiz. He was a retired truck driver and a Catholic and enjoyed fishing.
He was preceded in death by his parents and a sister, Eva Guerra.
Survivors include four sisters, Nelda (Charlie) Ulrich of Beeville, Olga (Javier) Flores of Mount Pleasant, San Juanita Gonzales of Lamesa and Olivia (Kenneth) Reis of Allan; a brother, Benito Garza Jr. of Beeville; niece and caretaker, Norma Saldana; and numerous nieces and nephews.
Visitation will be held from 3 to 9 p.m. Sunday, June 3, at Angelus Funeral Home chapel with a rosary recited there that evening at 7 o'clock.
The funeral Mass will be celebrated at 10 a.m. Monday, June 4, at Our Lady of Victory Catholic Church. Interment will follow at Beeville Memorial Park.
Pallbearers will be Noe Saldana, Joe Gabriel Perez, Joseph Hale, Benito Garza, Jr., Charlie Urlrich and Javier Flores.
Honorary pallbearers will be Joe Hector Perez, Felix Lee Perez, Joe Anthony Perez, Bubba G. Johnson, Jacob Berdan, Courtney Perez, Veronica Flores, Crystal New, Charles Paul Ulrich and Kenneth Reis.
